2 cups almonds
1 tbsp raw tahini
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/3 large onion or 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 clove garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup water

Place all in vitamix and blend unti smooth. I generally use real onion with garlic powder, but works in any combination. My household is addicted to this stuff, it's in the fridge – always.
